Jobs Come to You
Serve requests near you are offered straight to your phone — first-come, Uber-style. No chasing leads, no marketing yourself, no invoicing law firms.
Transparent Per-Serve Pay
Flat rate quoted on every offer before you accept. Rush and same-day jobs pay premium rates. Track every dollar in the app.
Flexible Schedule
Choose your own hours and your own service area. No minimums, no quotas — serve full-time or alongside another job.

Earnings tracked in real time with per-job commission breakdowns. Paid out every business day — no invoicing, no waiting on the firm to pay.
Dispatch Has Your Back

Start serving
Turn on availability in the app and start receiving job offers in your area.
What's in the mobile app
Built by people who've served papers. Every flow is one-handed, GPS-aware, and works on a porch in the rain.
One-tap GPS lock
Hit “Log Attempt” and the app captures your coordinates and timestamp automatically. No manual entry, no “close enough” addresses on the affidavit.
Multi-photo per attempt
Snap the door, the address number, the building, the vehicle — every photo is timestamped and stored against the attempt. Up to 20 per attempt, all flow into Exhibit A of the affidavit.
Digital signature capture
Get a signature on-device when the party accepts service. No scanner, no wet ink — it's embedded straight into the affidavit PDF.
Optimized daily route
Open the app and see today's stops in the most efficient order, with one-tap handoff to Google Maps for turn-by-turn navigation.
Attempt history per job
Every attempt — successful, refused, no-answer — is logged with notes and visible to dispatch in real time. No nightly reports to email in.
Outcome & status flow
Mark attempts as Served, Substituted, Refused, or No Answer. The job status, client notification, and affidavit availability all update automatically.

South Carolina
No state license required — South Carolina permits service by any adult who is not a party or attorney in the action (SCRCP 4(c)). Complete our orientation and you can start serving right away.
North Carolina
No state license required. Original service in NC is typically made by the sheriff — our NC servers handle Rule 4(h1) follow-up serves after an unserved sheriff return, subpoena delivery, and federal-court serves. You must be 21+ and not a party to the action. We train you on the specifics.
Other states
Licensing varies — some states require registration, a bond, or certification. If you're already licensed in your state, tell us during screening and we'll fast-track your onboarding.
How pay works
Per-serve flat rate
Every job offer shows the payout up front — typically $50–$150+ depending on distance, priority, and attempts required. Accept only what's worth your time.
Premiums for rush work
Rush and same-day serves pay meaningfully more. Evening and weekend availability puts you first in line for premium offers.
Daily payout, real-time tracking
Watch earnings accrue per job in the app, then get paid by direct deposit every business day. You're a 1099 independent contractor — we provide year-end tax documents.
Common questions
What does a process server actually do?
You hand-deliver court documents — summonses, complaints, subpoenas — to the people named in a lawsuit, then document the delivery. It's knocking on doors, confirming identities, and logging what happened. The app handles all the paperwork.
Do I need experience?
No. Our orientation covers the rules for your state, how to approach a serve, and how to document attempts. Experienced servers can fast-track through screening.
Is this a job or contract work?
You're an independent contractor (1099). You choose when to work, which jobs to accept, and where to serve. No quotas, no minimums, no exclusivity — many of our servers also work with other agencies.
How do I get the documents?
Documents are attached to each job in the app — download and print them (printing costs are reimbursed), or pick them up from the client where required. Every page you need is in the job detail before you accept.
What if nobody answers the door?
Log the attempt in the app — GPS and photos included — and try again at a different time of day. Unsuccessful attempts are documented and still count toward the service record. Dispatch will help you strategize evasive serves.
What should I wear?
Plain, professional-casual clothes. You're representing yourself and NationLex at someone's door — no uniforms required, just a respectful appearance.
