Speed tiers guarantee when we make the first attempt, not that the recipient will be found on that attempt. Successful service depends on the availability of the recipient and legally permissible service conditions. Timelines assume acceptance for that tier; rural counties may take longer.
Rates vary by jurisdiction and may include local fees — you'll see a detailed quote at order time. High-volume firms qualify for negotiated rates and consolidated monthly invoicing — contact sales.

“The GPS exhibit alone has won us two motions. Opposing counsel can't argue the server wasn't there when there's a Google Maps link to the exact coordinates and time-stamped photos in the affidavit.”

Frequently asked questions
Is NationLex a software product or a service?
A service. We're a managed process-serving company powered by our own technology — we accept orders, dispatch vetted servers in the jurisdiction, and deliver court-ready affidavits. We directly manage service across the Carolinas and coordinate vetted partners elsewhere. The platform you log into is just how we manage the work and keep you in the loop.
How does pricing work?
Per-serve, per party, per address. No subscriptions, no setup fees, no platform charges. You pick a speed tier — Standard (first attempt in 5–7 business days), Priority (3 business days), Rush (within 48 hours), or Same-Day (by end of day when ordered by noon). Successful service still depends on the recipient being available and legally permissible service conditions. Personal and substituted service cost the same, and up to 5 attempts plus the notarized affidavit are always included. Certified mail service is available where the rules permit. You'll see a detailed quote at order time, and high-volume firms qualify for negotiated rates.
Which jurisdictions do you cover?
We serve statewide across North Carolina and South Carolina — every county, from the largest metros to rural addresses. Court-formatted affidavits for both states are generated automatically on every completed serve. We're expanding state by state; if you have a serve outside the Carolinas, contact us and we'll route it through a vetted partner.
What's in the affidavit PDF?
A jurisdiction-correct affidavit body (caption, jurat, notary block), Exhibit A with every attempt photo, and Exhibit B listing GPS coordinates in decimal and DMS form with a Google Maps verification link per attempt — all auto-generated from the server's mobile app.
Can we bulk-upload requests?
Yes. The dashboard supports CSV intake for high-volume matters with per-row validation, error reporting, and batch status tracking — ideal for collections shops, mass tort, and eviction calendars.
Can we integrate with our case management system?
Enterprise API access is available today. Native connectors for Clio, Filevine, and MyCase are on the roadmap. Talk to sales for early access or a custom integration scope.
Ready to place your next order?
Upload your documents, pick a speed, and we'll handle everything through the signed affidavit.
